Behind the Beer
TopWire West Coast IPA
This West Coast IPA is a true farm-to-glass story. Brewed with estate-grown Crosby Hops from the Willamette Valley surrounding TopWire, the recipe was generously shared by Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River Brewing Company as part of his Growers Series Collaboration.
Loaded with Amarillo, Comet, Chinook, and Deep Cut™ Cascade hops from Crosby, it delivers bright citrus, pine, and classic West Coast bitterness—available exclusively at TopWire Hop Project.
